Ingredients:
2 cups shredded zucchini & carrots
½ cup chopped spinach
½ cup flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
How to Make:
Squeeze water out of zucchini & carrots.
Mix with spinach, flour, eggs, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Heat oil in pan, spoon batter, flatten slightly.
Fry 2–3 min each side until golden.
