Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
How to Make:
Mix potatoes, chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, paprika, salt & pepper.
Shape into patties.
Heat oil in skillet, fry until golden brown both sides.
Serve with dipping sauce.
