Potato & Chicken Fritters

Golden, crispy fritters made with mashed potatoes and shredded chicken. Great as snacks or starters.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Oil for frying

How to Make:

  1. Mix potatoes, chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, paprika, salt & pepper.

  2. Shape into patties.

  3. Heat oil in skillet, fry until golden brown both sides.

  4. Serve with dipping sauce.
