Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup almonds (toasted, chopped)
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
How to Make:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, salt.
Beat eggs + vanilla, mix with dry.
Stir in almonds and chocolate chips.
Shape dough into 2 logs, bake 25 min.
Cool slightly, slice into biscotti.
Bake slices another 10–12 min until crisp.
