Ingredients:
- 500g basmati rice
- 750g chicken/mutton
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup tomatoes (chopped)

- Whole spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon)
- Fresh coriander and mint leaves
- Cook the Meat: Heat oil and fry onions until golden. Add green chili paste, yogurt, tomatoes, and marinated meat. Cook until tender.
- Cook the Rice: Parboil the rice with whole spices.
- Layering: Layer the meat and rice, topping with fried onions and saffron milk.
- Final Dum: Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with a cucumber raita.
