Russian Salad, also known as Olivier salad, is a traditional Russian dish made with diced potatoes, vegetables, and mayonnaise. It’s often served cold as an appetizer or side dish.

- Fresh dill for garnish
How to Make It:
- Cook the Vegetables: Boil the diced potatoes, carrots, and peas until tender. Drain and let cool.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked vegetables, pickles, and diced chicken or ham if using. Add mayonnaise and mix until well coated.
- Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh dill and serve cold.
