Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup consisting of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat or (occasionally) fish-based broth, flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, nori, menma, and scallions.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 boiled egg, halved
- 100g sliced pork belly or tofu
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 sheet nori (seaweed)
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
How to Make It:
- Prepare the Broth: In a pot, combine chicken or vegetable broth with soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Cook the Noodles: Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Assemble the Ramen: In serving bowls, divide the noodles and pour the hot broth over them. Top with sliced pork belly or tofu, bok choy, nori, boiled egg halves, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve: Enjoy your ramen hot with additional soy sauce or chili oil if desired.
