Ingredients:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can cannellini beans, drained
- 1 cup small pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Sauté onions, garlic, carrots, and celery until soft.
- Add zucchini, green beans, tomatoes, and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
- Stir in pasta and beans, cook until pasta is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with basil, and serve.
