- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste

How to Make It:
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine the yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Marinate the chicken cubes in this mixture for at least 1 hour.

- Prepare the Sauce: In the same pan, add more butter and sauté the onions until golden brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant. Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
