  • 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

How to Make It:

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine the yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Marinate the chicken cubes in this mixture for at least 1 hour.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat butter in a pan and sauté the marinated chicken until fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In the same pan, add more butter and sauté the onions until golden brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant. Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
  4. Combine: Add the cooked chicken to the sauce, followed by garam masala, heavy cream, and salt. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with naan or rice.
