- 1 rack of pork ribs (about 1.5 kg)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It:

- Slow Cook the Ribs: Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover tightly with more foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender.
- Glaze the Ribs: Remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with barbecue sauce. Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) or preheat a grill. Cook the ribs uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
